In the very unlikely event that we postpone or cancel a workshop, you will be refunded your fee in full or offered a transfer to another workshop of your choice.
If you cancel your booking, an administration fee may be retained. If you cancel within one month of an event date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. If you cancel within one week of an event date, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.
Pilates Matwork is not responsible for losses incurred by any attendee for fares or other travel arrangements in the event that the workshop must be cancelled or postponed.
