Stability in Pilates

The aim of every Pilates session should be to improve stability, we have to maintain this whilst our bodies perform the many complex movements of everyday life. In Pilates all movements must come from a strong supported centre, we will look at the concept of stability to help us achieve this fine tuning of muscles to support our movements
