Posture in Pilates

The aim of every Pilates session should be to improve Posture. Attaining good posture is a slow process but one which has many benefits, improving posture is not as simple as aligning our skeleton we have to maintain this whilst our bodies perform the many complex movements of everyday life. In Pilates all movements must come from a strong supported centre, we will review the concept of stability to help us achieve this fine tuning of muscles to support our movements
