At Pilates Matwork Teacher Training we offer you a comprehensive range of professional courses in different formats to suit your needs.
You can start your training journey by attending our Foundation in Pilates – these introductory workshops will expand your knowledge and prepare you for the Essential Matwork course.
The Essential Matwork course will give you a nationally recognised qualification Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates (Practitioner) accredited through YMCA awards and endorsed by CIMSPA, which can be followed by our Special Populations courses giving graduates the most comprehensive training available in the Pilates method.
As we rarely find fit and healthy clients to join our classes, our Special Populations course is a must to help Pilates teachers feel confident and prepared for the most common issues we face everyday teaching.
Weekdays or Weekends? – You decide
Study while your kids are at school and begin a career to suit your lifestyle, our School Run Friendly course meets weekly during term time only.
Sandwiched neatly between the daily school runs our course will enable you to study around your family commitments.
Can’t give up the day job just yet? – The Weekends only course is for you
And spread over 8 months you’ll have the time to practice what you learn, develop your skills and prepare for a new and exciting career.
